Caesar II's Forum, Temple and land-value gaps closed, and a wrong claim corrected
Six Forum and Temple rows join Caesar II's Buildings page and its Housing page gains the land-value thresholds. The reading also showed that Forum and Temple footprints never change as they grow, which the site had said they did.
The correction
Earlier pages said Forum and Temple change footprint as they grow through their size tiers, and that this was why they were missing from Buildings. That was a misreading. evolve_a_building() is handed the same footprint at every tier. What differs is the size class: the toolbar has three Forum buttons (2, 3 and 4 tiles square) and three Temple commands (1, 2 and 3), each a separate building with its own four quality tiers. Buildings now has nine Caesar II rows, and the Growth tiers mechanics page and the Buildings caveat say so. The two older devlog entries that made the claim are left as written.
Land value
The housing thresholds were in src/data.c all along, as house_evolution: a falls-below and a climbs-above figure per rung. Housing now shows both for all 32 rungs. The build checks that they rise with the rung and that a rung's climb figure is never under the next rung's fall figure. Rungs 26 to 29 are tested against the best land value anywhere under their 2×2 footprint, and rungs 30 and 31 under their 3×3.
