Emperor gets Yongle, which is a tool and not yet an engine
A new display and quality-of-life layer for Emperor joins Tools & Mods, and the hub's wanted board stays.
Why it is a tool
Yongle is a ddraw.dll that hooks the original Emperor.exe while it runs, the way OpenRCT2 began. The executable still does the work, so it does not meet the bar the hub's engine section sets. Its README calls a full reimplementation a long-term goal, and the wanted board now says so.
